of the magnificent city of Barcelona and the unforgettable countryside
near Girona. We start in Barcelona where you will be lodged in the
famous Gothic Quarter and then move on to a lovely hotel housed in a
historic village. Included are your accommodations for 2 nights in the
city and 3 in the countryside, 2 cooking classes with your chef at the
country hotel, personally guided sightseeing in both locations, special
gourmet experiences and fabulous Catalan dining. You
will start each morning with a traditional breakfast served at your

Tour 2: Barcelona and Girona - 5 nights
Get ready to kick back and relax
and become steeped in everyday Catalonia - the cuisine, lifestyle and
culture. You will be lodged in a charming countryside hotel, very near
the coast. Included are your hotel for 5 nights, 2 cooking classes that
will give you hands-on experience creating Catalan recipes, visits to
local culinary artisans and off-the-beaten path sightseeing excursions,
as well as classic Catalan dining. Your day will begin with a

Tour 3: Casual Catalonia - 5 nights
Our Wine
tours of the Priorat wine region are open to any schedule. We propose
you to visit three or four wine cellars per day, depending on how many
days you would like to spend in the area. Lunches and dinners will be in
selected restaurants of this area, with meals always accompanied by the
greatests Priorat wines.
